Pretty much I've been knitting cotton bags for shopping and lugging stuff around. I have this thing where I knit a pattern into the ground before I move on.

Charity Blanket/Habitat for Humanity
All squares were knit and crocheted by the Betties and were assembled at a "seaming party" on Saturday. Great job everyone! How awesome! The blanket is being donated to Habitat for Humanity for a local family.

chichi and pet blanket
Same old same old around here. I did knit a blanket for Naomi's pet blanket/charity contest to celebrate her 4000th post on Ravelry. ChiChi models it for the world here. Woo hoo! I loves me some charity knitting, especially for animals.

back in may
when we went to see Obama speak, I wanted this day today to become true.
I'll never forget when we saw him speak that day, or on November 4th when we ran into the twilight to get just one more person out to vote, or how I feel now after watching such positive, uplifting messages on TV with my friends and family. We have a lot of work ahead of us but a lot to be grateful for too!
