1. read pride and prejudice again
2. finished knitting b's swanky scarf, 1/2 way done with a cell phone case for mi madre and 1/2 way done with ankah's scarf. woo hoo!
3. laid on the coach moaning with a headache. not drinking induced. probably.
4. joined the napoleon dynamite fan club.
5. watched napoleon dynamite every day for the last week. this is driving my tolerant husband a bit insane.
6. finished my article/list of recommended reads for the romance writer's of america newsletter for librarians-- it will be in the next issue available at www.rwanational.org. it's on tropical getaway romances!
7. cleaning house frantically to prepare for our lovely guests coming from across the pond. it puts a lot of pressure on the neatness aspect when you know people are coming from another country to stay in your house.
8. broke up a ton of fights between leeloo and just about every other darn cat in the house.
9. played "sorting hat" with the kitties. here's the breakdown after careful analysis:
Leeloo= slytherin
Yoko & James= hufflepuff
India= ravenclaw
Moses= griffyndor
10. discovered a fantastic taqueria that sells horchata and the best tacos and tamales i've eaten since we moved from AZ.
